My guest this week is Jim Hough.  Jim is the owner and distiller at Liberty Pole Spirits in eastern Pennsylvania.  

Jim is creating unique spirits with a focus on preserving and promoting the distilling history of Pennsylvania.  We taste together their Monongahela Barrel Proof Rye and their Peated Bourbon.  It was a great night for tasting whiskeys that are full of flavor.
