Known as the wisest and wealthiest king in the Bible, Solomon had everything. Yet despite his wisdom, his heart was gradually turned away from God through compromise, specifically through relationships that pulled him in the wrong direction.

This week on Bourne & Raised, Tim and Titus take a deeper look at the story of Lot, uncovering a powerful detail that is often overlooked: Zoar.
As God was leading Lot away from destruction and toward safety in the mountains, Lot instead asked to settle in Zoar, a place that seemed small, manageable, and “good enough.”
Tim and Titus unpack the hidden significance of that decision and what it reveals about human nature. Why do we resist where God is trying to lead us? Why do we settle for what feels easier instead of trusting what is better?
