On our 30th podcast we have a great chat with Katie Bulmer Cooke who is an award winning Fitness Trainer, Speaker and Consultant as well as being a contestant on TV's The Apprentice. 

There will be many a bowler itching to get back on the green for the upcoming season but fitness could be a huge factor for some having been stuck in lockdown for what seems an eternity. Katie discusses "Bowlsfit" which was created following a discussion in 2017 and will be making a comeback in the very near future. How did it start? Why do we need it? Who will benefit? How can you do it? Just some of the questions covered and like the sport itself, do not knock it until you try it. 

We also discuss Katie's time on "The Apprentice". How did she find Lord Sugar, Karen Brady and Nick Hewer and what was the overall experience.
