This week we got a record breaker with Demon Slayer breaking the all time opening weekend in Japan. I also go over the newest release dates for some movies from Sony and Universal, a new theater opens up in Saudi Arabia, while others start to close in South Korea.

This week was a busy one in Hollywood. First, we have Disney moving Soul to Disney+ while also announcing their plans for more direct to consumer content with a stronger focus on streaming. Paramount is also making moves by selling Coming to America 2 to Amazon, while also buying new movies. AMC is running out of cash, who would be a potential buyer for the theater chain? I go over all of this and more in this week's episode.

Not all is good in this episode of BOR. Theaters are starting to shut down again, Bond gets delayed to 2021 and WB does a studio reshuffle, effectively giving up on 2020. There are some bright spots though with Chinese Box Office numbers from National Day and new movies being worked on.
