Who would've thought the first franchise I would Box up in its entirety would be The Strangers? I sure didn't, but here we are with the final Renny Harlin installment that was completely dumped at the beginning of this year. The good news is I never have to talk about this trilogy ever again.

Enjoy! Unfortunately I didn't!

Title may be a bit confusing but, Shelter isn't very interesting to talk about. Action franchise film making has now been normalized with things like the Fast and Furious franchise and the John Wick machine. I wanted to compare that to something like what Jason Statham does comfortable and safe, but ultimately different films with the same foundation on a near annual basis. Do you have a preference? I found myself letting go of expectation and not having to think about rules in a universe and had a decent time although a familiar time with Shelter.

HELLO EVERYBODY my name is MARK....wait no it's not. I'll say probably 10+ years ago I was more familar with Markiplier's presence in pop culture, but now he's making independently funded horror films?? Came out of nowhere for me, but congrats to him and the team that made this for making over 30 million to this point in time.

I'm cooler on Iron Lung than a lot of people, but credit to where credit is due there is mad passion behind this and I respect that more than a movie being great. My thoughts and opinions in the first half before I turn over to Letterboxd user reviews to see what you all think.

Enjoy!

Send Help is another refreshing fun film in January. I may just be on Sam Raimi's wavelength, but I had a really good time in the theater with this. Hopefully you all did as well and what would you do first on a deserted island?

My thoughts and opinions in the first half then I turn it over to the Letterboxd community in the second half. Enjoy!

Probably won't be the last bad thing I see this year, but January is officially over and I'll say it wasn't that bad overall that being said It's February now which I'm sure will have it's own problems, but we can all be happy that Mercy won't be there! My thoughts and opinions in the first half and Letterboxd reviews in the second half. Enjoy!

Hello welcome to a bonus Wednesday episode. I found Return to Silent Hill not worthy of taking up one of more normal scheduling slots so I decided to release it now. If you guys saw this movie I'm sorry about that. As usual I talk my thoughts and opinions in the first half then bring in some Letterboxd user reviews in the second half. Enjoy! Although this one is a bit of a downer.

Hello! Been awhile since I've done an older movie and want to make it a regular thing I'll do my best to make that happen. With the release of Return to Silent Hill I figured I'd give the first film a whirl. Don't worry about telling me not to see Return to Silent Hill because unfortunately I already have :').

As per usual my  thoughts and opinions are in the first half of the show before I turn it over to the Letterboxd user review committee for further inspection. Nothing like spooky foggy vibes in the beginning of February ammirite?!

The Rip a new cop thriller produced by Netflix starring Ben Affleck and Matt Damon among other talented performers that don't have enough to do. Use that top line in the description to let me know what you thought of the film! Enjoy this slight throwback of a movie.

As always the show is structured with my thoughts and opinions in the first half of the show then I turn it over to the Letterboxd user reviews in the second half.

Something a little different today everyone. I have my own personal predictions in the Oscar categories that I've seen many of the nominees. I do this myself every year around this time just for fun. I wanted to share my picks for what I think the Academy will pick and what I think should be picked for the numerous categories.

Hope you all enjoy! I'll be back with more movies soon!

Hello! This is a January to remember (for now) because Bone Temple is dope as hell. Sorry for my complete incoherent love ramble, but I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed this. As always my thoughts and opinions are in the first half of the show then I shift to Letterboxd user reviews in the second half.
