This week we take a look at the art of boxing for the big screen and use the Rocky pictures as a template.
I'm joined by crime writer and boxing aficionado Rob Parker who gives us a look inside the ring as he boxes on a regular basis. What's it like to be hit in the fight, how could they create these shots for this film?
