I am happy to be back hosting a podcast after almost 2 years with Sarita McGraw, a badass Safety Manager in the heavy civil world. We both have been through a lot over the past 2 years like everyone else, and both want to shed our light on some topics that we believe will help others understand some great employee motivators.
