I am happy to be back hosting a podcast after almost 2 years with Sarita McGraw, a badass Safety Manager in the heavy civil world. We both have been through a lot over the past 2 years like everyone else, and both want to shed our light on some topics that we believe will help others understand some great employee motivators.

In this episode BozzLeadership was blessed to have Jessica Brillinger on. Jess is successful Client Engagement Specialist and inspiring software engineer for Document Conversion Management inc.  We discuss some needed topics in company culture. We jump around some, but focus on proper communication with supervisors & employees, networking on LinkedIn and both having one hell of a team!

I talk about what works for me in the planing and prepping department. I find the being up and taking care of myself early brings a day of fulfillment.
