We play host to our very special fellow twin parents Chris and Colleen! They guide us through their twin's birth story, hospital stay, breastfeeding struggles and we all have some laughs along the way! This interview is a real insight to the first months of being a twin parent. We record out on our porch so enjoy the cricket choir in the background!

You spend 1/3 of your life sleeping. It's extremely important for many reasons - reasons we get into during today's episode as well as tips, tricks, and needs of your child from infant to toddler age. We also get into some super interesting facts about adult sleep. Check out the book and podcast Precious Little Sleep by Alexis Dubief, it was one of the best investments we have ever made! We discuss our experience with IVF. We discuss things from the very first appointment to the day we found out we were pregnant with twins! Rach goes into detail about all the medications she had to have injected into her body, while Brad describes the room he "produced in sample" in. Hopefully you will learn something new about IVF and have fun doing it!
We discuss all the radical things we tried during the year we were trying to get pregnant. Rach researched until she couldn't research any longer for help on trying to conceive. We try to decide on what name we will use for sex...give a listen to find out which word we picked!
Rach opens up about the depression she has been dealing with the past couple of months. Brad asks her specific questions about her depression like "how can she be depressed when she has a beautiful family, great job, great income, and on the outside looking in, a great life." Have a listen for her answer.
