Brad Leeb grew up and played major junior in Red Deer Alberta. He was part of the silver medal winning Team Canada at the 1999 World Juniors alongside teammates such as Simon Gagne, Brenden Morrow and Roberto Luongo.
Brad was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks for which he played 5 games. He also played one game for the Pat Quinn coached Toronto Maple Leafs.
Brad then played several seasons in Germany, and finished up his playing career in the UK playing for the Coventry Blaze where, in his last pro game he played with his brother Greg and they both scored.
After hangin' 'em up, Brad, not unlike other newly retired athletes went through dark times, and now has his own podcast about that entitled Life After Hockey.
Brad Leeb was a great player, is a thoughtful interview, and an even better person.
