In North Carolina, the state supreme court's new rightwing majority has taken the unprecedented step of rehearing and reversing a previous court ruling, handed down just months ago, that blocked partisan gerrymandered maps. What does this unprecedented reversal at the NC state Supreme Court mean for the U.S. Supreme Court's pending ruling in 'Moore v. Harper'?
