On today's 'BradCast':  New York Attorney General Letitia James announced she is actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, in addition to her ongoing civil probe of allegations of tax fraud, bank fraud, and other violations of state law. George Washington University law professor RANDALL ELIASON, a former Asst. U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia and an expert in white-collar crime and corruption, explains what AG James' announcement means, and the contours of the multiple investigations into allegations of criminal wrongdoing in the former president's financial dealings at both the state and federal level. Eliason also explains what to expect in the coming weeks and months as the investigations ramp up, in the wake of the court-ordered release of documents that Trump furiously fought to keep secret for years. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen.
