The power of switching Brain states!
And this week we're playing with a switch to Curiosity.  It's worked a TREAT for me after living two weeks of ruckus, after ruckus, after rumble, after shit fest, after WTFs?!

Thank goodness for these wee insights, thank goodness for coping mechanisms to navigate the less comfortable parts of these full noise lives we're living.

Thank goodness for Brain State Changing! YAY Curiosity!
