A 33-year-old man is dead after being hit by a truck during road work in Brampton on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Countryside Drive east of McVean Drive shortly before 1:30 p.m.
Peel police said a male worker was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour has been notified.
