As a Coach we can sometimes find ourselves giving sooo much, that it doesn't even occur to us the legitious environment we live in. So today I had a chance to catch up with Fractional General Counsel Jon Hood and get some practical legal tips and tricks.

As a Coach, have you ever felt like "sales" was a 4 letter word? I know I certainly did. Especially if you're a Coach who's passionate about your work. But what if sales isn't about persuasion or pushing, but instead a conversation around transferring inspiration. That's what Genevieve Skory said when we sat down to talk about branding and growing your coaching practice…wanting a desire to shift from us thinking, "I need something from you" to "I want to share something that changed me". And when you do that she days, referrals and real connections come more naturally. :)

Now, for a lot of people listening, they wouldn't characterize themselves as the most extroverted in nature. And while that may be true, it's also completely true that in order to grand and grow your coaching practice, you need to be out there in the form of podcast or virtual speaking engagements or maybe even on stage.

So what do you do as an introvert if you know you need to get out there, but not sure how to move forward in the speaking journey?

Well, that's what we're going talk about here today with James Carson as he talks about the mindset that's introverts need in order to be more successful with public speaking.

Now let me tell you this: being a coach and being in business on your own is not exactly a walk in the park. And if you've been in this business for any length of time, you already know that it can be stressful and anxiety producing to stay the least.

We had a chance to talk with Tracy Boone about how she's able to from a spiritual perspective Is able to find her strength and stay in balance… Despite difficult situations and circumstances.

This is a story you're going want to hear as Tracy walks you through how she was able to get to be a coach and would allowed her to get to that next level. This is great for someone who might feel like they're just stressed out and maybe overwhelmed and looking for a little bit of peace and balance in their day.

This is a conversation that I love having because as someone who is actually not naturally outgoing myself it's always good to share some of the different techniques as it relates to being successful and getting out there as a speaker. Lawrence actually has that exact same experience in terms of not being a naturally outgoing person, but still recognizing that speaking is a big part of his game and where he wants to go to be successful.

During this episode you will hear some different tips and tricks on what he's personally done and how he teaches others who are looking to get out there as a speaker… But might not necessarily be the most outgoing person.

This is perfect for somebody who knows they want to get out there as a speaker and who knows that they are maybe not the most outgoing person. And instead wants to move forward anyway. :-)

So this is a topic that is near and dear to my heart because it was something I was personally struggling with and something that quite frankly, I see a lot of coaches still dealing with which is charging what you're worth as a coach.

Now, as some of you guys may know, I'm a very spiritually oriented person. I believe in God and I do my best to follow his teachings as laid out in the Bible. And for those of you who are in that frame of mind, you might find a challenge to move forward and generate revenue in the secular world with your coaching practice, while simultaneously adhering to your spiritual principles.

And if that is the case, then you'll definitely want to tune in as Andrea and I talk about what she's personally done, as well as myself along those lines. And even if you don't believe in God or perhaps not spiritually oriented in that way, this might be something that is of interest because it provides a fresh approach around my own personal thinking on how to have a more servant oriented coaching practice…that still makes money!
