Jam is Co-founder of SIFTR, a creative collective that focuses on coffee, community & culture. SIFTR is a platform for entrepreneurship and a vehicle of inclusion for marginalized peoples. Their focus is on selling high quality, ethically sourced fair trade coffee to reinvest in and empower local communities. SIFTR is set to launch later this year.
