In this episode, we talk about a new hopeline available in Central Wisconsin. Join us as we connect with Pastor Andy Kvernen from Cornerstone Community Church in Marshfield
Many people in Central Wisconsin who are facing the realities of the COVID-19 crisis are feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to turn. Whether it's losing a job, facing the prospect of becoming sick with the virus, or simply being separated from their community in social isolation, the Marshfield Community Hopeline has been created in short order to help the worried, lonely, and discouraged find hope.

Marshfield Clinic Health System's new initiative, "Care for our Caregivers," is an opportunity for anyone to make a philanthropic gift that will be used to help care for frontline caregivers and all staff working hard to take care of the community. Funds will be used to provide meals to staff, temporary housing options for staff exposed to the virus, and any other needs that arise for workers.
In this episode, Branden talks with Chief Owen about how the fire and rescue department in Marshfield is handling the COVID-19 pandemic, while they still address their daily responsibilities to the community.
In addition, we chat about the outcome of the cabin fever challenge with the PD and some new arrivals in the department.

In order to utilize the Annual Goals successfully, it?s important to first set priorities. So many times at the beginning of the year, we have grand ideas on what we want to accomplish. We start out the year running. For a lot of us, that?s an adjustment because we?re not used to running at such a fast pace, and we can only sprint for so long before we start to lose energy. Why focusing on storytelling and quality of the content you are publishing is more important that your graphic design. People are no longer connecting with visual arts, they are engaging with stories, real people and content that brings them up.
