Anxiety is not fun, in fact it is the absolute work. Today I’m discussing how sometimes it stops us from achieving our goals.

We can’t let a minor frustration consume us and we can’t let other people’s fears become our own

We all have limits, emotional and physical and sometime we ignore the signs telling us to sit down.

Today’s happiness practice was about being present and being grateful for the things you have. It’s not easy but it’s part of what can bring you happiness.

In this episode I talk judging yourself harshly and allowing self doubt to stop you from chasing happiness. I also acknowledged those of you that gave me some feed back about the first episode and explained my creative process.
