Yesterday, Kaizer Chiefs celebrated 50 years of their existence. The Soweto Giants were founded in 1970 by Orlando Pirates legend, Kaizer Motaung. The club has consistently been South Africa’s most successful and best-supported club, and one of the biggest clubs not only on the African continent, but in world football.
