BrandNewTube was demolished by a Cyber Attack beginning on Friday the 12th, and it seemingly escalated on Monday the 15th of August after Josh and I brought attention to it with this video report. After I uploaded it, Josh took to Twitter where he shared it on BrandNewTube's page. Up to that point they only had a lame "Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some maintenance at the moment. If you need to you can always contact us, otherwise we’ll be back online shortly" message image posted. It was a deface of the platform meaning someone gained access through a basic vulnerability and was able to replace all the images, thumbnails, and icons with a picture of Vinny Troia and a gif of a naked black man shaking his bare rear end at you.
