The conference is called The 2017 Reformation 500 Together for the Gospel Conference. However, some of the leaders of the conference are reportedly connected with Thomas Schirrmacher. Schirmacher has called the Pope the head of the church; among other troubling comments. How can there be a conference that focuses on being together for the gospel if some of the leaders do not disagree with their associate and/or friend Thomas Schirrmacher that does not apparently see the false gospel of the Church of Rome?
