Two of the nation’s largest religious groups are openly promoting socialism and communism. (Part Two) The first is the Southern Baptist Convention which is the largest protestant denomination in America. The second is the Catholic church that has a long history of promoting socialism. In today’s Brannon continues to read from the Jesuit Review and their July 2019 article entitled “The Catholic Case for Communism.” This article is seeking to repackage communism and portray those embracing it as doing so for the common good and the creation of a classless society. Topic: The article declares that Christians and Communists have worked together for years. Of course the article does not mention the millions that have been killed by Communists. Topic: The Communist Party tells their followers to not give up on Christians because they are helping to push open borders. Brannon explains how his radio shows and books warned for years that the communists has not only penetrated the mainline churches but more strategically, mainstream evangelicalism.
