In the center of Salcedillo, and next to the small bridge over the Camesa River, stands the church of San Martín Obispo, which today continues to function as a parish church. It has a Romanesque origin, XII century, since it was consecrated on February 11, 1118, being possession of the monastery of Santa María la Real de Aguilar de Campoo.
