I’m not wearing any makeup during this video. What does that mean???
A new study looked at how cosmetics influence the way we perceive women. They found that both male and female participants rated women wearing a lot of makeup as less human, less warm and less moral. Wearing a "professional" amount at the office, a woman is seen as more competent, capable, reliable and amiable than women without makeup on. Of course, that last piece came from a study funded by Procter & Gamble, which owns brands like Olay etc.
