I am so happy to bring you my conversation with Amy Gonzalez-Nelsen.  Amy is  a self proclaimed Bravery Activator, Intuitive Soul Polisher and Anxiety Warrior. She has faced so many ups and downs in life.  In the midst of much uncertainty came that big “AHA”, the monument.  She heard the word ENOUGH and realized that she needed to make some changes.  She needed to be BRAVE and really that being a human, living this life is BRAVE.  She developed 4 steps that if she could focus on each day, she would be okay.  She founded the Bravery Brigade and is now helping others Brave On!
