Today is the first episode of the second season of our episode: Learn Grammar through Stories.

This new type of episode will present stories that contain grammar points of the English language, with the aim to help you learn grammar in a natural and contextualized way. Whenever you listen to one of the stories, you will notice a certain grammar point revolving around it and that's where we hope you will be able to internalize it better.
Because I believe when it comes to langauge, this saying is true: 'Water dropping day by day wears the hardest rock away'.
Practice makes perfect, and repetition is the key to fluency.

In today's episode, you will listen to a story about Daria's trip as she travels from Brazil to Lisbon, Portugal and you will listen to a lot of sentences in the comparative and superlative form.

April 20, 2021 Episode #17 - Your accent is your identity
In today's episode you will listen to a conversation that I had with my Indian friend Sandeep Lokala. Sandeep was born in the city of Hyderabad in the south of India and he imigrated to the United States in 2007. Sandeep speaks amazing English - but with an Indian accent.

I invited him to share his perspectives on the matter of losing your accent because, just as me, he also doesn't believe you need to lose you accent when you speak a foreign language - that's why I thought he could be of great contribution with his personal experiences and points of view.

Your accent is part of your identity. It's part of who you are and it tells where you come from. Unless you start learning a foreign language at the very early stages of your life, you will most likely have an accent forever - and that is totally okay.
