Eleanor's learning some tough lessons this week in Vietnam. Notably be careful what you wish for, and that time is just an abstract concept at a homestay...She breezes through it all though with her trademark humour and charm of course.

Big thanks to our brb buddies this week, the other Liv, Tom, Lily and long lost Ingunn. Keep those NZ tips coming team.

Eleanor's squeezed every last drop of shenanigans possible out of this week. All you need to know is there's a platonic new love affair, caves caves and more caves, and a karaoke disaster. Enjoy.

It's the first of two special bonus episodes for you: Lizzy and her three American pals Lily, Kristy and Jessica have been on the road around Ireland. From Dublin to Killarney, Dingle to Galway there's driving, tension, good food, bad weather and a fair few customary scrapes....

It’s been an eventful week and you get to eavesdrop on it all. Eleanor does something (else) very non-vegan, increases the cast list of this show by 11, and takes on not one but two physical challenges. You’ll have to listen to find out what...Next week she’s off to Borneo so as ever, share your tips on Twitter and Instagram @thebrbpod.
