Pastor Jeremy shares Sunday in Glendive.
We have several themes coming out for 2022
2022 will be the year of the open hand of God.
● “In the midst of more and more chaos and
disorder, God will open His hand and freely give to
those who refuse to be shaken by it.”
● Notice this is in the midst of chaos and disorder.
That means there are troubles and hardships that
will arise in 2022. This will cause the world to be
unstable, but God has different plans for you!
While others are saying, “Worst of times, worst of
times”, if you stay in faith, you’ll be saying, “Best of
times, best of times.”
This reminds me of something the Lord showed me in
January of 2020.
● A season of praise & worship
● The Lord put it in this language for me: He said,
“You might say it this way, A season of setting your
attention on the things above rather than the
things on this earth.”
● He went on to say, “This season won’t be for
everybody. Those who are wanting to go to the
next level in their relationship with the Lord, the
next level in their marriage, their family, their
business. Those people who want to be set free
from depression, anxiety, sickness, disease, and
addiction.”
● Then I have this written down, “2020-2025 we will
find ourselves in the right place, at the right time,
because this is our season of supernatural
increase, breakthrough, a flood of favor, and the
power of the Holy Spirit is going to reveal things to
us, we will see it clearly, it will be like never before.
Set you attention on the things above rather than
the things of this earth and wisdom will come,
knowledge, revelation, victory, deliverance, we will
overcome in this season like never before.
We have spent most of the Sunday’s in 2021 learning
how to walk in victory
We have spent the last six weeks or so learning how to
pray from Matt 6.
Matt 6:9 In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in
heaven, Hallowed be Your name. 10 Your kingdom
come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
11Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our
debts, As we forgive our debtors.13 And do not lead us
into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For
Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory
forever. Amen.
Why not just pray in tongues?
● 1 Cor 14:14 For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit
prays, but my understanding is unfruitful. 15 What
is the conclusion then? I will pray with the spirit,
and I will also pray with the understanding. I will
sing with the spirit, and I will also sing with the
understanding.
1. Our Father in Heaven
a. We come to you, our father, this morning in
Jesus Name.
b. You are our God, our father, the one who
cares for us, protects us, provides for us,
heals us, You are our great shepherd, our
righteousness, our peace. You see us, are
here for us, and you are Almighty Master,
Savior, Sustainer, You are God!
c. In You we live and move and have our being.
You are our “paternal authority”, we look to
You for direction and protection. We honor
You. You lead us into good pastures.
2. Hallowed be thy Name
a. Lord we treat your name as sacred, holy,
powerful, and worthy of the highest honor.
b. You name is great, mighty, merciful,
gracious, longsuffering, abounding in
goodness and truth (Ex 34)
c. You Name is a strong tower, the righteous
run into it and are safe. (Prov 18)
d. Some trust in chariots, some in horses, but
we trust in the Name of the Lord!! (Psalm 20)
e. Help is in Your Name, Salvation is in Your
Name, VICTORY is in Your Name!!!!!
f. We see one man’s confidence in Your Name
change the mood of an entire army, and one
man’s confidence in Your Name change an
entire nation...we will be that one. We trust
in Your Name and all Your name represents.
g. You are able, Your Name is great, and it will
be praised forevermore. We bless the Name
of the Lord!!!
3. Your Kingdom Come, Your Will be Done
a. Father, we ask for your kingdom principles to
be established in our world. We are asking
You to invade our world and transform it.
b. We submit our lives to the King of Kings, the
Lord of Lords. We know the earth is Yours
and the fullness thereof. We submit to your
economic principles...Your sowing system
will always outperform man’s savings system.
We are grateful that You have built Your
church, and the gates of hades will not
prevail against it. We are here to serve and
not be served. We seek first the Kingdom of
God, we control our flesh, we forgive, we
walk in love, we pray for our enemies, we are
generous, we walk by faith, we are doers of
the Word, we cast out demons, we speak
with new tongues and when we lay hands on
the sick they recover!!
c. Father God we declare today that the way
Your Kingdom operates and functions is the
way we want our life to operate and function.
d. We commit our lives, our decisions, our
thoughts, our speech and our actions to
pursuing Your life, Your decisions, Your
thoughts, Your speech and Your actions.
e. We know that Your will is not a mystery, it’s
contained in Your Word. We will not be
conformed to this world but we will be
transformed by the renewing of our minds,
according to Your will and Your Word, that
we may prove what is the good, acceptable,
and perfect will of God. We will be doers of
the Word and not hearers only.
4. Daily Bread (Give us this day our daily bread)
a. Lord, we depend on You every day to meet
our needs. The world may be in chaos and
turmoil but Your Word says You are the
bread of life, it also says that You will open
Your hand and satisfy the thirst and hunger
of every living thing.
b. I thank You for meeting all our needs
according to Your riches and glory in Christ
Jesus. I ask for a Spirit of wisdom and
revelation to be given unto us that when we
look into Your Word that same Spirit that
raised Christ from the dead would quicken
our mortal bodies, teach us daily, lead us
daily, help us to remember daily, and show
us things to come daily.
c. I ask that we would be strengthened with
mighty power by Your Spirit in our inner man
every single day. And that we would be filled
with the fullness of God, every single day. We
depend on You all the days of our life.
5. Get Over It (Forgive us as we forgive others)
a. Lord we are going to choose to walk in
agreement with You, we choose to forgive
those who have wronged us, spread lies and
rumors about us, do not accept us, or are
trying to despitefully use us. We are going to
get over it...time is too short and the
assignment too big to waste any time being
bitter, resentful, or unforgiving.
b. We are going to choose joy over anger, we
are going to choose peace over resentment,
and we are going to choose daily fellowship
with the Father over holding a grudge, we
are going to walk in the freedom You have
provided us rather than give the devil a
foothold in our life.
6. Deliver Us (Lead us not into temptation)
a. Finally Lord we ask that You would continue
to rescue us from any tribulation and
continue setting us free from evil.
b. We refuse to waste our time worrying about
what tomorrow will bring as Your Word says
sufficient for the day is its own troubles.
c. We know You are the Greater One living on
the inside of us and You are greater than
anything in this life we may face tomorrow.
We are convinced that You are well able to
perform that which You’ve promised.
d. We are going to spend our time developing a
relationship with You and becoming doers of
the Word rather than worry about what
could happen tomorrow. We know that You
will rescue us every time we face tribulation
and You will set us free from from evil
because You are the King who rules with
power and glory for ever and ever, AMEN!!
