Lisa Danielson at one point in her life she weighed 200 pounds. After tweaking her diet to include more plant based protein sources, she was able to lose almost 60 pounds. As a life long vegetarian, she has a passion for vegetables and loves teaching others how delicious they can be! She graduated from BYU with a degree in Dance Education, is an ISSA Fitness Nutrition Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist and teaches High Fitness."The Vegetarian Meal Prep Cookbook".
