In this episode I continue the story from 2 Kings 5:20-27

The GREED of Gehazi cost him and generations AFTER him FOREVER.

Greed is a WEED that if NOT uprooted in your life will COST you more than you even know!

This story I highlight in the Bible this morning paints us a picture of what the condition of the heart CAN have.

Elisha - heart was to meet the NEED the warrior. Took NOTHING in return.

Gehazi- seeing what the man HAD to get what he WANTED.

Lying.

Deceiving.

Manipulating.

Received his reward.

Leprosy FOREVER and ALL his descendants!

What you don’t TRANSFORM in your life is TRANSFERRED into the generation AFTER YOU.

Uproot the WEEDS!

In this episode I share from 2 Kings 5:6-16

Naaman was a commander in the army and a powerful warrior who has leprosy.

He hears about a prophet that can heal him.

He comes in PRIDE with how he FEELS the miracle should take place.

He comes with an expectation of HOW the miracle should LOOK.

He his HUMBLED.

God cares more about our character than our healing

BEFORE healing can FLOW, PRIDE must GO.

Meeting God on our terms will KEEP us from experiencing HIS miracles and plans for our life.

Our EGO must GO to allow his spirit to flow!

I pray the story of Naaman encourages you to lay down any agenda, pride or WRONG expectations so God has the FINAL say in your life.

God loves to teach and guide us, BUT we have to have humility to LEARN that HIS ways are better than ours.

God longs for us to ASK him to be a part of HIS plan and desire.

Ask. Invite him.

I share about a story of a man we watched about last night that because of his LIE his empire he built crumbled overnight!

Don’t let the enemy deceive you.

Bring EVERYTHING to God- allow him to convict and correct in the secret place so that ALL brought to the light is his goodness and grace on your life!

He guides us.

He provides for us.

Getting busy can lead to EMPTINESS.

Getting BUILT up in God to do the work he’s called us to leads us to PURPOSE and FULFILLMENT.

Daily RENEWAL in God is critical to our life purpose!
