Part 2 of our conversation with Jeff Trager leads us down the path of some of the shows he's promoted, along with some more of the records from way back in his career.  We talk about his experiences with James Brown, George Clinton, Los Lobos, Sly Stone, Betty Davis, Mic Gillette, Carlos Santana and many others.

As a promoter, Jeff has worked with the likes of the Rolling Stones, the Bee Gees, Ike and Tina Turner, Con Funk Shun, the Gap Band, Kool & the Gang -- the list goes on and on.  Besides that, he's a guy who has amassed some interesting friends and fascinating stories.  This episode begins our conversation with Jeff.

Office of Neighborhood Safety Director DeVone Boggan joins us to talk about the revolutionary program that is drastically reducing the frequency of gun-related homicides and assaults in the city of Richmond, CA.  He has been accused in the media of simply paying criminals not to shoot, but you'll find out that there is so much more to the program, and it works.  His approach, his passion, and his execution are all remarkable.  This is Part 1 of 2.

Tony 'The Tiger' Lopez has been the world champion in three different weight classes, having defended his title fifteen times.  He's always had great speed and his uppercut is a thing of beauty.  He's now a successful businessman, and he has recently announced his candidacy for mayor of Sacramento, California.  We sat down with The Champ at his office and talked about why he is the right man for the job, and how it all came to be.
