Reuben Halsey - The Meaning of Life (Bobalino Remix)

Lyrics :

No one can write my life for me

Say who or where I ought to be

I'll make my way through right and wrong

I need to find where I belong

So many dreams inside of me

So many things I long to see

I'm chasing destiny

I am not alone, believe me

We don't know where we belong

We're all walking the same road

If I journey on with you

Maybe I'll find who I am too

Ever searching for a place

Unifies the human race

Put your hand in mine

We will find the meaning of life

[Spoken Word Section by Amber]

---

"I think you know maybe everyone has their own meaning to seek out.

I definitely don't think there's like a set meaning for everybody.

Every day everyone seeks in their small way to find their place in the Universe.

And some people look like they are succeeding more than others but we're all succeeding. Every day we live, every breath we take we're fulfilling our meaning.

And some people are really into, you know, their religion to show them the way but I believe you should take all of the elements of your world and let them show you the way.

So I definitely would not want to read the meaning of my life. I wouldn't want to feel that insignificant. I just feel like what makes our world our world is the fact that nobody knows their meaning and we're all kind of like searching together. And I think that's what unifies the human race."

---

The life I seek it calls to me. I've made my way through history.

Give me a reason to be true and show me what I'm meant to do.

So many dreams inside of me, so many things I long to see.

I'm chasing destiny. I am not alone, believe me.

We don't know where we belong

We're all walking the same road

If I journey on with you

Maybe I'll find who I am too

Ever searching for a place

Unifies the human race

Put your hand in mine

We will find the meaning of life

Break Wind Productions is always on the hunt for fresh new musical talent.

Closer is a delightful progressive track that builds & builds and will keep you light on your feet while taking you into a hypnotic state of mind, enjoy the ride.

The story behind the title of this track is because Cullen thought it was one of the best tracks he had produced and thought this might bring him 'Closer' to getting signed, the rest is history.

Stargazer takes things a little deeper, take a seat look up to the night sky and begin to wonder what else is out there, a beautiful emotional track full of heart felt hooks and atmospheric sprays of love, the night spirits will be calling out for this one.

BWP011 - Bobalino feat Jay Furze & Lemur - Final Project (Includes Zerkxes Remix)

From the feature film "Community"

Break Wind Productions 1st release of 2013 takes a trip to the Movies.

Bobalino has joined forces once again with the almighty vocal talent of

Jay Furze and brought in the guitar skills of The Lemur.

This time they bring you a epic breakbeat orchestral cinematic heart warming track, full of strings, horns,

emotion and melodies that will lift you up on the darkest of days.

The song was snapped up by the feature film "Community" and used on the closing credits.

On the remix once again is the mysterious Zerkxes who once again takes things deep in the

bass realms, full on spine tingling melodies bouncing around Jay's incredible vocal, this was also

used in the film for the behind the scenes.

Feedback :

The Curl and Dean mix builds to a lush breakdown and they let loose after the second drop. Quality. (Big shot magazine)

"Liking the synthy take of the Duane Barry remix of 'Hanabi', but Curl & Dean's remix of 'Bring It On' is my fave from these - classy stuff" (Superpolitik [Trickery Collective / Dusted Breaks / YellowFinger]

Quality stuff all round. Going with the curl and dean remix out of the bunch. (Bill Vega)

Curl & Dean's rework of Bring It On. OMG the percussion... there's more going on in the percussion track than most breaks tunes these days have in their whole length... and the gentle progression, the way it slowly opens up like a flower,

and when that vocal sample first drops in the breakdown, it's like being kissed. This is how it should be done. Beautiful. (Ben Queztal/NSB Radio)

I’ve been playing the Curl and Dean remix on my show lately and that’s the mix I’m feeling the most (Marty B / NSB Radio & Fresh FM)

The beats on the curl and dean remix are great too (Mr Elephant/Rhubarb Radio)

Wicked rolling remix from Curl and Dean. Nice one! (Bob Kickflip)

i really dig the curl and dean mix. like a LOT. simply a wonderful piece of music. (Daniella Downs/Dead Famous)

the Curl & Dean remix have his special progressive sound with some mysterious synths and much groove...

cinematographic! Support in our Metamorph Masterpieces Show (Mixcloud) in the next weeks and also in our live sets. (Kultur + Colombo (Metamorph Muzik / Kultura Breakz) Spain)
