For me it was between a back injury last year and then “busy” with work that I love Slowly over the last year, I had unknowingly normalized not going to the gym every day… and that was a slippery slope
Does “busy” sound relatable
For me the injury was a necessary time off initially and a slow process to move let alone really workout…
