Ashburton College presents their production The Ash Girl, by Timberlake Wertenbaker. This takes the classic Cinderella story and turns it on its head! When Prince Amir invites the kingdom to the Ball, Ashgirl is trapped—not just by her circumstances, but by the Seven Deadly Sins whispering in her mind. To get her happy ending, she has to fight the monsters lurking within. Dark, beautiful, and deeply relatable. On at the school auditorium WED 5 - SAT 8 AUG, all shows 7pm. Tickets $15 from the school office. Anna and Isabel stopped by to tell us more.
