Champs, the time has finally arrived! The voice you hear week after week at the top of our show, Jordan Kline, joins us to talk Brinner, Nic Cage, and Unspell lore. Find out what E. M. Franklin really is on this hilarious episode!
Brinner is the hybrid meal we all know and love—breakfast and dinner together. What’s your favorite Brinner meal? Hit us up at (682) 294-0101 or [email protected] and let us know!
Catch our guest’s show, Remind/Rewind with Jordan Kline, anywhere you listen to podcasts. He dives into the world of collecting physical media and reselling while highlighting special films each week that are nostalgic or classic, as well as exploring titles he may have missed
Damn, Daniel! We're back at it again with another dope episode. This week, we dive into the martial art of Lethwei, rate and review acai bowls, and explore the musical genre of powerviolence. Plus, we're continuing our Top 5 action star film rankings by rating our favorite Jackie Chan films.
Our breakfast was delivered via DoorDash from Mamaka Bowls, and man, was it tasty! We're also linking a Spotify playlist curated just for you by Parker.
As always, if you want to argue, compliment the show, or just drop us a line, hit us up at (682) 294-0101 or [email protected].

Sorry for the delay this week, champs. One of your cohosts was out of commission for a minute. Enjoy this classic BoC episode with no guests, no breakfast reviews, and running on very little sleep. However, we dig deep into all sorts of things and get a history lesson from the Gracie family. Do you enjoy acai bowls for breakfast? Well, you have violence to thank for that! Learn with us, grow with us, and leave us a review or give us a holler at (682) 294-0101.
Thank you for joining us for another week of breakfast foods and violence! We return to our "third cohost's" place of business, Fort Worth Float Company. This time, we did a cold plunge before we recorded this episode. We have Rene's favorite donut from Krispy Kreme and attempt to recast a modern version of Blood Sport. We also dive into the current drama in MMA, preview the week's fights, and discuss our issues with Action Bronson. Get into it!
Lead singer of Losing Grip, Skourge, Fugitive, and now Power Trip—Seth Gilmore joins us this week to shed light on his personal journey with both breakfast foods and violence. We learn more about where Seth comes from and hear about his recent trip to Thailand. What does a righteous rock star eat for breakfast while training Muay Thai in Thailand? Find out in this episode! Also, this is our first video episode, so if you want to watch us in 4K—hop on over to our YouTube Channel!! Huge thank you and shout-out to Centre for graciously allowing us to use their dope space for our little ole podcast. Go show them some love on IG and order from their website!!

This week, we took the show on the move to Ray's Burgers in Fort Worth, TX. Parker has taken over the counter and grill at Ray's, located at 1945 8th Avenue in the Southside neighborhood. If you're looking for a new lunch spot, come visit Parker from 11 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
If you're into movies or cinema at all, this spot may be of particular interest to you because Parker has set up a TV/VCR situation there. When I arrived for the podcast, there was some Wu-Tang/Shaw Brothers action on the screen to greet me.
Initially, we discuss the results of the UFC 303 event, as well as take a look forward to this weekend's Fight Night. We've both been on a movie kick lately and this week we talk about two films in particular. We tackle the classic and beloved "Bloodsport," as well as take a moment to discuss the heartbreaking movie, "The Iron Claw."
When you're a parent diving into a new venture, it often spills over into other aspects of your life—your kids get intrigued and start asking questions about what you're doing and why. So, I rigged up all the equipment in the kitchen, and we let it run for a bit. This episode stars René's kids, Rhodes and Faye. Enjoy!
Happy Independence Day, champs! We take no days off here at Breakfast of Champions. We don't have a guest this time, but we do indulge in the GOAT cereal. In this episode, we discuss UFC 303 and introduce a new segment to the show called "#pullingout".
"#PullingOut" focuses on the fights and fighters that don't quite come together in combat sports. Will Conor return to the octagon? Will Iron Mike ever step into the ring again? We touch on these questions and discuss why availability is the greatest ability for UFC athletes.
Lastly, if you have any comments, concerns, or questions, reach out at (682) 294-0101 or [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!
This week, we're joined by Kevan O'Malley: friend, local business owner, and all-around interesting human. Kevan owns and runs Fort Worth Float Company, offering sensory deprivation flotation tanks, sauna, and cold plunge services. These tools are beneficial for recovery in performance athletes and provide a mental escape from day-to-day life. Kevan is also an Onnit certified instructor in several disciplines.
He holds a special place in our hearts, so you'll hear plenty of tales from his and Parker's friendship. Lastly, we bravely ventured to Taco Bell for breakfast. Did we enjoy it? Tune in to find out!

Champs, we're back with another exciting episode—this time with our first guest! James Gray, a boxer, MMA fighter, coach, and activist, joins us to discuss his life. Coming from a large family and growing up in the small town of Weatherford, we hear about his love for both breakfast food and combat sports. We also review Sue's Donuts and Kolaches, also from Weatherford. Mr. Gray's son, Deshaun, is the current Bantamweight Champion for the F3League Promotion. Please give Deshaun a follow; let's get behind this local champion and show our support.
