We flew down to Miami to meet with our Engel & Volkers partners in the Coral Gables office and received a really fantastic snapshot of their market, how it relates to the New York area and where it's heading. We see many buyers in New Jersey consider the move to South Florida due to NJ being so highly taxed so it's always great to be able to learn more about the market trends there so we can inform our curious clients here. I get asked this question almost daily and with markets potentially shifting we figured it was an appropriate topic. Warren Buffet said “Only buy something that you’d be perfectly happy to hold if the market shut down for 10 years.” I think that's a great general rule of thumb. Markets correct, prices rise and fall, but good investors are always in the game. We hope you enjoy episode two!
