Breaking 3 in NYC

The goal is simple, to break a 3-hour marathon in New York City on November 3rd.

I thought I'd keep you updated on my progress so you can hear how I'm tracking along the way. Every 3 weeks I'll share with you what's going well along with what's not and how I'm overcoming it so you get a real idea of what it takes to train and complete a full marathon. I'm sure it won't all be plain sailing but nothing that's worth it ever is.

On top of aiming to break 3 in NYC, I'm hoping to raise a significant sum of money for 'Team for Kids' an organization that provides running and training programs to help young kids live a healthier life.
