Issa discusses what it's like to work with the public sector and how he has gone about approaching the market and building a network within it. He also talks through his advice for companies looking to apply for government grants, as well as how to source them.

Issa dives into how he has managed to retain 12 members of staff over 12 months, and what he learnt from loosing his very first hire. He discusses how Connect Care have had established their culture being a remote-first business, and how being a HealthTech has shaped this.
