Birdee bravely shares how she has had to make incredibly difficult choices, like an abortion, or planned pregnancy loss as she calls it, to break the ancestral patterns running through her family.

She shares how her rock bottom lead her to self reverence practices, strengthening her intuition, and deeply healing her body.

She talks about sacred forgiveness and adopting the perspective that we are all one. Knowing that we are all our own oracle.
