I used to drink 5 redbulls a day...YIKES! The key to personal success, is realizing you could be doing better for yourself! The hardest part of change (in my opinion) is accepting that, and figuring out what a better version of yourself looks like to YOU. Everyones idea of a bad habit is different, so it's up to you to dig deep, and figure out what it is that you think you could change; join me as I share some bad habits that I replaced with some more sustainable ones that might keep me alive a little longer lol
