Breaking Down the Five Love Languages & How We Can Use Them for Our Own Wellbeing

Listen Later

Something that’s been heavy on my mind this week is the interest I’ve had surrounding ‘The 5 Love Languages’. Comprehending each of these languages has been incredibly beneficial, not only in my relationship with my Husband but with members of my family as well. Knowing what I can do to better serve those around me and truly listen to what they need, rather than assuming, is something we can all learn from and is made much easier through understanding each of these definitions.

In today’s episode, I define what each of the core love languages means, how some of my family members have responded to their own results after taking the love language quiz, and how we can use these concepts to take better care of ourselves and listen to our own bodies in times of stress. This topic is such a great way for us to further develop our own personal growth, as well as recognize the ways in which the people closest to us both give and receive love.
