I chat with one of my best friends Jon Miller about his journey of breaking into tech without a degree. Jon is a curious Las Vegas native and UNLV Alumni who worked in banking for several years before becoming a record breaking powerlifter. We co-created an apparel and podcast brand together named Barbells and Briefcases. He has reinvented himself a numerous amount of times from operations manager, to personal trainer, and now software engineer.
