Healing consists of two aspects, your "How" and your "What".

While your "How" is specific to you and is embedded in your Core Frequency, the "What" you do is something all healers share: Leadership. You heal others by leading them into a more aligned frequency with the truth of who they are.

In that way, it's important for healers to, apart from mastering their healing gifts, to also accept the role of leadership their healing gifts naturally bring with them. If you are challenged to fully step into your leadership energy, this will be reflected in the trust your client feels towards you, and in the efficacy of your healing power.

Since leadership is often associated with (unhealed) masculine energy, it is especially challenging for women healers to accept their role as leaders and awaken their feminine leadership.
