Breaking the Borders of Sunday

Tim Harrison, Connector/Coach with Kingdom Factor in Greenville, South Carolina shares about his cohort of business owners, C-Suite executives, and nonprofit leaders who gather monthly in a confidential setting to find counsel around business dilemmas and personal challenges, as well as to gain business ideas and expertise from other leaders.

The episode discusses the unique burden CEOs and nonprofit organization leaders may carry. We also chat about the differences between living based on biblical principles that guide our life and work, and a life grounded in the transformational faith of Jesus Christ - which fruitfully reaches into every aspect of the personal and professional.

It's no longer necessary for CEOs and nonprofit org leaders to stand alone in "no-man's land" without a place to share their doubts, anxieties, or struggles. Groups like Kingdom Factor facilitate peer based accountability and support to reduce the burden of trying to "hold it all together."
