Breaking the "I Can't Meditate" Myth To “I Can”

In this episode of "One Mindful Min podcast," I would like to discuss the topic of "I can't meditate." If you or someone you know often says they can't meditate, I invite you to tune in and see if there's anything that resonates with you. Here's what I have to share. There are over 200 types of meditation that we can explore. It's highly unlikely that we have tried all of them. I encourage you to try different forms of meditation, such as yoga, which is a form of meditation in movement. Another simple practice is paying attention to our breath, as it helps us practice mindfulness and concentration. Going for a walk outside and focusing on each step and our surroundings can also be a form of meditation. 

Remember to be patient with yourself as you progress in your meditation journey. It's important to observe your own experience without judgment. Over time, you will see improvements and progress. Use this opportunity to practice patience as much as you practice meditation.
