In this heartfelt episode of Breaking the Silence, I sit down with Dr. Charlotte Sullivan — a pastor, author, and life coach with more than 45 years of leadership experience in healthcare, public service, and ministry.

Dr. Sullivan grew up in a Christian home in San Antonio, Texas, where her leadership gifts appeared early. By the age of twelve, she was teaching Sunday School, speaking publicly, and leading within her church. Her journey led her to break racial and gender barriers in Texas state health agencies, earn multiple degrees in nursing, administration, and pastoral counseling, and serve as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force Nurse Corps.

Living with a chronic medical condition herself, Dr. Sullivan uses her faith and professional expertise to empower others to live purposefully, courageously, and in alignment with God’s plan.
