There is no denying all of the energy that's around us through this month of August. Between the Full moon, the Lion's Gate Portal, Mercury Retrograde, and the double Eclipses, August is asking us to pay attention. It's not just asking, it's requiring us to. Now what are you supposed to be paying attention to? Well, YOU. The energy in August is all about going within ONE SELF and looking to see what is there, what no longer resonates, and what needs to be removed. It's the perfect energy for transformation, a raise in your conscious level, and spiritual truth. The problem? Often times people get scared from the intense energy, and "hunker down" or "hide" from it to keep themselves comfortable and "safe". There is NOTHING comfortable about spiritual growth, but it is necessary!!! Episode 59 is all about understanding the energy, what you do during this intense time, and how to best use it to benefit you and your business. When we keep ourselves closed off from the world and the things that make us uncomfortable we DO NOT GROW. We remain stuck and things don't change. This Episode takes you through the importance of going within in this energy while still stepping out into the world in all of your true amazing self. The result? A total life change!! Listen in to use the most of the energy that will be with us into the first week of September!

Amy Sheehan is a Health & Wellness Life Coach and comes to us from rural Down East, Maine. Her pride and joy are her 4 amazing children and her entrepreneurial husband.
Family means the world to her! During the last 23 years, she has committed to homeschooling all of her kids at one point or another, helped her husband run an eco-tour company, an architectural salvage business, and is currently balancing working with him at his seafood and marine scientific supply company (Gulf of Maine, Inc) and growing her Health & Wellness Life Coaching practice. Amy has worked hard to develop a solid exercise routine, despite the fact that there are no gyms within 2 hours. She has a “no excuses” attitude and uses her outdoor surroundings as her “gym”. She is also a big fan and follower of the healthy food lifestyle best described as “Whole30”, and incorporates this into her everyday routine. Amy enjoys working with people who can use some inspiration and encouragement in their lives. She specializes in the arena of empowerment.

Success is a funny word in that it means something different to every single person I’ve met. Often times the idea of success is the same, but the defining characteristics of it change and evolve as the individual moves forward in life.
What I do find however, is that the lack of success that many people are feeling can run across the board for entrepreneurs, business owners and people in general.
When sitting down and connecting with people about their success I find two very startling things. People don’t take the full responsibility for their own success and they don't realize how each and every thought is impacting that success. What’s even more startling is how many of these people honestly believe that they do.
Episode 56 might be an episode that causes triggers for people. I get very real, very honest, and down to the details of why people haven’t reached the level of success they desire.

It’s a very common thing to have lots of ideas for growing your business and creating offers and products and services for people. These retreats are held in that old, authentic, and beautiful french summer house that she found there, with its own huge garden, and situated in the land, a cosy village, close to the sea and the Pyrenees.
Oline knows that this place and her retreats have the ability to change women’s lives and she is on a mission to spread that love possibly beyond that house to other parts of the world. Her passion, her courage and her desire to completely change herself and her life at the age of 62 is truly an inspiration to ALL of us. It's a message of never settling for less and always having the knowledge that so much more is always waiting for you. You just have to step into the energy and go for it!

I can't even begin to tell you how often I meet with entrepreneurs or people looking to grow their business and they ask me if I think they are ready. I tell them yes, and they still don't believe me. And this SHOCKS me. For one, they come to me for psychic advice and trust what I tell them, but when I answer this questions they don't believe me?? I don't get it. But for two, they aren't seeing their true self the way I am seeing them. So often I see people who believe they have to be 100% ready before they take them leap into really marketing and growing their business, or for some, even just starting it. This could not be further from the truth.
I episode 53 I talk all about WHY you must not wait to be 100% ready to start, and why it's so important that you experience your journey right along with your clients. It's not simply a coincidence that you are working through some of the exact struggles that you teach others. It's not just by chance that you have to implement and work through yourself, the same steps that you're being guided to share with your clients.
