Life is constantly changing. Change affects us all, and sometimes we don't know when, where how or why; but we know it's bound to happen. Learning to cope with this and being able to be flexible and adjust our boundaries to change is a key piece to the puzzle.
Boundaries aren’t always easy to keep but once you understand the negative effects of not having them, it makes creating them a bit easier.
But, after we do all this, how do we make sure all our hard work of establishing our boundaries stays in place? Press play and tune in until the end to find out :-)
