What is the first thing you think of when you think of Vulnerability?
It is probably a negative experience. Maybe a time when you opened up to someone and it bit you in the butt. You saw this experience as a weakness, maybe even as the reason someone left you or defriended you...
And we get it. Vulnerability is a tough topic. No one wants to talk about it. Many of you may be reading this and may think this topic is a joke or doesn’t apply to you… but vulnerability applies to everyone in all areas of our life!
If you are thinking that vulnerability is hard for you, trust us when we say you are not alone. Vulnerability is a difficult thing for most of us. We live in a society where nothing is never enough. We are never never powerful enough, never rich enough, never successful enough, never thin enough, and the list goes on. No wonder Vulnerability is hard for us!
Join us in this episode as we break down vulnerability and explain what vulnerability is, why it is difficult for us but yet so important for us, and how vulnerability can be our biggest strength.
Remember, taking a step in the right direction won’t just benefit you. Your friends need you to do this, your family needs you to do this, the world needs everyone to do a little more growing! Becoming more vulnerable ourselves will spark inspiration in everyone around us. Lead by example people… Because if you don’t, who will? Let’s not leave this to chance.

Over the past few months, one thing we have all realized is that nothing is normal.
From changes in yourself, business, and life we are feeling the anxiety scales off the charts.
From a young age we have been told and shown how this game of life “should” unfold.

Say this, don’t say that.

The truth is that we all have our own sense of what normal is and it can mean different things at different times throughout our lives. We all just want to feel like we fit in.
The negative effects of social media are settling in as we all are spending more and more time on our phones. It is easy to catch the comparison flu, and causes so much pain & dissatisfaction.
We need to fill our lives with positivity and encouragement, and you are taking a great first step today by tuning in! It is up to us!
Together we can get rid of the notion that being normal and fitting in is the only way to be and just be our truest most authentic selves.
