Josh Sigurdson reports on the resumption of nuclear weapons testing by both the United States and China following a deal made between President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.

Trump made the order to the Pentagon on Wednesday. It marks the first time in 31 years that nuclear weapons were officially testing by the United States government.

So why all the normalization? It cannot be a coincidence that this is happening as the US pulls out of a nuclear treaty with Russia. At the same time as Russia tests tsunami making nuclear weapons. As South Korea tests nuclear weapons. As the US rolls out AI controlled nuclear weapons and drones with the Big Beautiful Bill. As the conflict grows between the US and Iran regarding nuclear weapons. As JD Vance claims nukes will keep the United States "safe." As the iron Dome is contracted out to SpaceX.

These things are not coincidental. Let's not fool ourselves.

There is a grand fear campaign being developed. Hollywood is becoming more and more obsessed with nuclear war, pushing propaganda like 'House Of Dynamite,' 'Oppenheimer' and 'Fallout.'

Now of course people will protest the notion that nukes even exist and it's a worthy question. Is it just fear or is the risk real? Or could it be both?

One thing we know is the hypocrisy is strong. The United States criticizes Iran, claiming they're developing nuclear weapons. Iran didn't attack a country in over 200 years. The United States that actually (allegedly) used nuclear weapons on two populations have been to war with 100 countries in 100 years. Israel who is banned from having nukes illegally obtained countless nuclear weapons while devastating the Middle East with proxy wars.

The irony is thick and is inhuman.

Meanwhile, we've never seen such tension surrounding war in modern times as it seems half of the world is on the verge of conflict. Now, Trump is deploying troops and warships around Venezuela, threatening Colombia and Mexico and contemplating sending more weapons to Ukraine. Is this "peace keeping?"

Israel continues to pummel Gaza during a so-called "ceasefire" as well.

It's time to face the music and prepare ourselves.
