* If you have been a victim of a dating scam whether Military or non Military and you have given money to a scammer, you most likely won't get it back, since most scammers are located oversea's and are untraceable.
However if you've been a victim you can report it.

Identity Theft: Federal Trade Commission, helps law enforcement officials across the United States in their investigations. Or you can report online or by phone @ 1-877-ID-THEFT.
